Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for work carried out by Webnday LLC, and which costs cannot be refunded.
This page sets out how Webnday LLC works with its clients and website visitors. It is written in plain language for a digital services business and is not legal advice. For a binding agreement covering a specific project, the written scope and any signed agreement between you and Webnday LLC take precedence.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Webnday LLC handles payments, cancellations and refunds for the digital services described on this website. It applies alongside the written scope agreed for a specific engagement and our Terms & Conditions.
Our services are custom professional work rather than off-the-shelf products, so refunds are handled according to the stage a project has reached rather than by a fixed returns window.
2. Before work begins
You are free to change your mind at any point before work starts. If you have paid a deposit and cancel before we have begun work on the engagement, that deposit is refunded in full.
3. After work has begun
Once work has started, payments cover the time and work already carried out. If you cancel mid-engagement:
- Work completed and work in progress up to the date you give notice remains payable.
- Any amount you have paid that exceeds the value of the work carried out is refunded to you.
- Where a stage has been completed and approved, the fee for that stage is not refundable.
- We will hand over the deliverables covered by the payments you have made.
We will always set out clearly what has been completed and how the figure was reached before processing a partial refund.
4. Revisions and getting it right
Each engagement includes the review and revision rounds set out in its scope. If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in that scope, we will correct it — that is our responsibility, not an extra cost to you, and it is the first route we ask you to use before requesting a refund.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, or a change of direction after a stage has been approved, are treated as additional work and quoted separately rather than handled as a refund.
5. Costs that cannot be refunded
Some costs are paid out to third parties on your behalf and cannot be recovered once purchased. These are not refundable:
- Domain registrations and renewals.
- Hosting, software subscriptions and platform fees.
- Licensed assets such as fonts, plugins, templates and stock media.
- Paid media spend, and third-party or AI service usage charges already incurred.
- Bank charges or payment processing fees deducted from a payment.
Where practical, we will tell you about these costs before they are incurred so you can decide.
6. Ongoing and recurring services
Maintenance, support and other recurring arrangements can be cancelled with notice as set out in the relevant agreement. Cancelling stops future billing periods. The current period, which has already been provided or reserved, is not refunded on a part-used basis unless the agreement says otherwise.
7. Delays
If a project is delayed on our side and we cannot agree a revised schedule with you, you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid that exceeds the value of the work completed. Delays caused by feedback, content or access not arriving from your side move the schedule rather than creating a refund entitlement.
8. How to request a refund
Send your request to webnday@gmail.com with your name, the project it relates to, and what you would like resolved. We will acknowledge the request, set out the position on the work completed, and confirm what will be refunded.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
9. If we disagree
If you are unhappy with a deliverable or with a refund decision, contact us directly first. Most disagreements come from a difference in expectations that can be settled by looking at the agreed scope together. We would rather resolve it with you than have it escalate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published at the time you agree a scope is the version that applies to that engagement.
