03 — How we work
Every engagement runs through the same four stages, so you always know which stage you are in, what is being decided, and what lands next.
We start with what the business actually needs and what is getting in the way. You get a written summary of the problem, the scope that follows from it, and what is deliberately out of scope.
Identity, interface and messaging are designed together with real content rather than filler, and reviewed on real devices. Nothing moves to build until you have approved the direction.
Clean, semantic front-end code, a content setup your team can operate, technical SEO handled during the build, and any automation or AI layer connected to the tools you already use.
We test, launch, and hand over documentation for what was built. Ongoing maintenance and improvements are available as a separate agreement if you want them.
04 — Our approach
Three commitments that go into every agreement, because they are what makes a small engagement worth starting and a long one worth continuing.
You approve a written scope with the deliverables, the schedule and the fee attached. If the scope changes, the change is priced and approved before it is built — never after.

Once a project is paid for, the final deliverables are yours — files, code and accounts in your own name. No lock-in to tools or hosting you did not choose.
